REGISTRATION

We hope you will join us for the 2021 Annual Educational Conference. The conference will be a virtual experience from March 8-10, 2021. Conference registration fees and policies are noted below. 

Fees

  • Full Conference  |  Includes ALL Monday (March 8), Tuesday (March 9), and Wednesday (March 10) programs and activities.
    • Members = $225
    • Non-members = $350 (also includes 2021 NEAHP Membership)
  • One Day Conference  |  Includes access to ONLY one day of sessions; either Tuesday (March 9) or Wednesday (March 10).
    • Members = $125
    • Non-members = $125

How to Register

  • Registration closes Thursday, March 4, 2021 (11:59 PM EST)
  • Registration is online. Use the "Register" button.
  • Members, log-in to receive the Member rates. Non-members, click "Continue as Guest".
  • Select the Registration item you would like and click "Add" to add it to your cart.
  • Select your sessions.
  • Proceed to the payment screen to pay by credit card or check
    • Credit cards - Enter your credit card. Upon submission you will be registered and emailed a receipt for your records.
    • Checks - Select "Bypass" above the credit card fields. Selecting "Bypass" will allow you to submit your online registration and email you an invoice for payment. Once your check is received your registration will be complete. Checks should be made payable to "NEAHP" and mailed to NEAHP, Attn: 2021 Conference, 465 Waverley Oaks Road, Suite 421, Waltham, MA 02452.

What Next

  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Within one week of the Conference you will receive an email with the appropriate links to access the virtual Conference.
  • Make sure to add [email protected] to your Safe Sender list!
  • ***RECORDINGS*** Sessions will NOT be recorded, therefore it is important to participant in all desired sessions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Conference registrations cancelled within four weeks of the conference will be refunded at 100%, minus an administrative fee of $25. Registrations cancelled within two weeks of the conference will be refunded at 50%, minus an administrative fee of $25. No other refunds will be issued. Cancellations should be emailed to [email protected] All cancellations will be acknowledged within 48 hours. If your request is not acknowledged, call (781) 205-9400 to ensure that your email was received.
