Development Associate

Milton Hospital has a full time position for a Development Associate.  The Development Associate will be responsible for providing assistance to the development staff and prospects through the development and preparation of fundraising proposals, the implementation of projects and programs, and the maintenance of the fund development database.

The schedule will be Monday-Friday, with evening and weekend hours as needed to meet the needs of the Development Department.  A Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred, excellence in communication and computer skills is required.  Experience with fundraising software is also necessary.
