Panelists will share their prior year
experiences and best practice plans for 2009.
Topics addressed will include the annual fund, major and
planned gifts, capital campaigning, stewardship, volunteer
and CEO engagement. The final 30 minutes will be for
Q&A and discussion.
Leadership Address – 11:45 - 12:15 –
Allen Peckham, CDO, Partners HealthCare
Allen Peckham will share his expectations
for 2009 and how Partners and affiliates are adjusting and
planning accordingly. Allen will talk on how this time
can be used as an opportunity to further engage the Board,
the CEO or others in a more meaningful way.
Lunch / Case-Study Breakout – 12:30 –
1:30 pm
Attendees can grab some lunch and discuss
in breakout format case studies facing our programs today.
Topics will include:

How have or will you change your annual fund (direct
mail, events, giving societies)?

What are your plans for stewardship, to ensure donors
are retained?

How can use this time to engage your CEO/Trustees in
more meaningful way?
-
How can you engage other volunteers in a more meaningful
way?

If you are in a campaign or planning a campaign, what
are you seeing and how are you adjusting?

$15 for NEAHP members, $10 for additional staff member, $20

The Leadership
Forum will be held in the
Abraham Sieracki Conference Room in the Youngdahl Building.
Directions for Parking and Conference Room
Individuals attending the forum should
park in the main parking lot and enter the hospital through
the main entrance (triangular portico over entranceway).
Continue straight (passing the coffee shop on the left) and
when you reach the gift shop (in front of you) take the
Draper Lobby Elevators you see on your right. Take the
elevator to the 1st floor. When exiting the elevator take a
left, following the hallway until you almost reach the
Cardiac Cath Lab. Take your first left down the corridor and
the conference room will be on your left just before you
carpet ends and you reach the board room and library.
